What you will receive

After your purchase is confirmed,

1. There will be a download link on the receipt website page. It will download one zip file of your instructions file and image files.
2. You will also receive an email with a link that will direct you to the same downloadable zip file. It could take a few minutes to show up in your inbox. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders in case it does not come into your inbox after a few minutes.

Inside the zip file (double click to open), you will receive a PDF of instructions and two zip files. One zipped file will contain the artwork in PDF format and the other in JPEG.

First, open the downloaded "_etgArtworkPrintingInstructionsPDF" file. It contains instructions and recommendations for printing your artwork.

The artwork files contain the following sizes:

1. A 2:3 ratio file for printing 4”x6”, 8”x12”, 12”x18”, 16”x24”, 20”x30”, 24”x36”
2. A 3:4 ratio file for printing 6”x8”, 9”x12”, 12”x16”, 15”x20”, 18”x24”, 27"x36"
3. A 4:5 ratio file for printing 4”x5”, 8”x10”, 12”x15”, 16”x20”, 24"x30"
4. A file for printing 5”x7”
5. A file for printing 11”x14” and 22"x28"

Please reach out if you need either A-series sizing or an even larger format than provided and I will accommodate.

Printing

You can print at your home, at a local print shop you trust, or online. Please note that colors may vary based on monitor, printer, and paper/card stock. If printing at home, I recommend you do a test print first, to make sure you are happy with the outcome.

Many stores offer the option to print large format at a high quality:

• For online professional printing, I recommend Prints of Love. They offer high-quality prints and great customer service.
• Other online options: VistaPrint, Staples, Costco, and Shutterfly
• Local Print Shops: Staples, Fedex, Office Depot, Costco, Walmart, Walgreens, etc. Save your image on a USB and take it to the store where they can upload your file and print for you.

Returns

There are no returns when purchasing a digital download. Please contact me with any questions before purchasing. If you have any issues downloading your files after purchase, contact me and I will be more than happy to assist you.
